Word on the street is there's a new organization called 'Heirs Inc. Which is an organization comprised of both teens and adults empowered by God to come together and form a program to help young people find their purpose in life.

There's athletes, dancers, singers, rappers, young entreprenuers, even computer and website experts, etc.

There will be non stop action going on with Heirs Inc. There's something new to look forward to each week. Talk about empowering the mind!

Once you join this organization, you will be thoroughly equipped for which ever career you choose. The question is will you give yourself a chance to change the neighborhood / community, who knows maybe even the world? So tune in next month. What's it going to be? With a new mayor in office, will he listen to the residents and the board members collectively?

These questions remain unanswered. As a concerned youth leader, I will be watching and reviewing all issues.

Maywood is a village of unbelievable potential! I believe the village of Maywood will move forward! We should give all the board members a chance so they can show us what's really on their agenda. Also,I will be conducting a poll on early voting, patterns.

The question is: Will this help the process of getting people involved with the candidates early enough so they can be assured of who's the best candidate for the job? And will this help more people come out to vote? Or will these issues cause more problems? The feedback will be given to the Cook County Clerk Office, David Orr.

The World Sees This Incredible Self-Inflicted Phenomenon

The current wasteland of non-productive workers inside of our communities, has been years in the making. As it has rearched a critical mass. NOW, will the black community discuss this 'gaping wound', of a problem, openly, honestly. Are we so blind, and self-absorbed that we can't / won't realize that the world sees this self-inflicted boycott.

One of the more perplexing / extraordinary social questions that has confounded me, over the last 20 years or so, has been the sad intellectually indefensible spectacle of how the leadership in the African-American community ( media included ) has placed so much attention on evertything that rises, except concentrating ( resources & efforts ) on in-house training ( residential home maintenance ). While every other ethnic group and their friends are chosen to repair and maintain the very communities where we live, work and play. Go Figure!
