There have been two break-ins in May. Please be on the look out. If someone is soliciting in the neighborhood, no matter how legitimate they look, please ask them to leave. If necessary call 911.

Remember, if you see
anything suspicious, or someone that doesn?’t belong, call 911!!!

The McDowell Farms Neighborhood Association is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our residents. One of our activities is to periodically assess the physical attractiveness of our neighborhood. Please be understanding if a notice is sent asking you to address a problem relating to your property.

-parking on the street
-poorly kept lawns and overgrown shrubs
-homes needing trim work re-painted
-torn window screens and broken blinds
-unsightly tree stumps

Homeowner contribution notices have been sent out. The response is very positive. If you have not contributed this spring, please do so.

There has been a significant improvement in the appearance of the neighborhood. Let?’s keep up the good work.

The fences at the front entrances on Land Grant and McDowell Farms Dr. have been painted. We plan to have the front entrance across the street from Mr. Jenkins landscaped with plantings this summer.

The McDowell Farms Neighborhood Assoc. website has been set up. Go to Neighborhood Link; enter your zip code; and select your neighborhood. Meeting minutes and planned activities will be posted there.
