To promote a superior quality of life for all residents by implementing and maintaining the following practices.
1. Build an association that brings pride of
ownership and ensures the feeling of togetherness.
2. Provide a safe environment and encourage adherence to the laws and ordinances of our city.
3. Recognize the needs of our community and work to meet the needs.
4. Encourage and promote consciousness of our duties in our neighborhood to facilitate a well rounded lifestyle for our residents.
The association is a voluntary HOA. We humbly ask that each household contribute to the work of the association. The association is proactive in addressing issues that affect the entire neighborhood. Contributions are received in the Spring and Fall of each year.
Each September a neighborhood barbecue and party is held at our lot size park. Games, crafts and music are included.
Each Spring a neighborhood yard sale is held.
During the Christmas holidays the youth in the neighborhood go Christmas caroling through out the neighborhood.
