?• Acquired a lawn care service that can provide for every need
?• Removed graffiti from our monuments 5 times
?• Had extra lighting installed at the entrances

1. Joined the SWAN Coalition-
2. SWAN is working with the Charlotte Housing Authority about Section 8 homes and their impact in neighborhoods
3. Had overgrown trees trimmed at the entrances
4. Participated with the city in developing an enforceable plan to address overcrowding in single family residences
5. Stressed concern with CMPD to address the loitering at local stores
6. Extra lighting at the entrances
7. Attended the 13th annual Neighborhood Symposium sponsored by City of Charlotte
8. Attended the Affordable Housing Seminar sponsored by City of Charlotte
9. The MMHOA has approved the purchase of new HOA meeting signs for our entrances, to alert residents when we are going to have a meeting.
10. The purchase of NO Soliciting signs for our entrances.
