- Yorba Park is not mentioned in the Master Plan of Parks in short term goals (2002) or long term goals(2006).
- Intersection of Yorba and Chapman is the busiest intersection of the City with 62,100 vehicles.
- Yorba Street carries 7,700 vehicles a day between La Veta and Chapman.
