This is the name of our subdivision. It was a wooded area before homes where built. Merriman used to be an unpaved road, with a farm house standing at Merriman and five mile roads.

1957

This was the year our first house was built. Before Livonia became a city, it was a Township. The Township hall use to be on the north side of five mile. Then in 1950 they made this a city. A new city hall was built and stands where it is located now.

About our association

Meadowbrook Lane Neighborhood Watch

We are a group of concerned neighbors that was formed in December of 2008. We are registered with the Livonia police department, and we are trying to take a bite out of crime.

Our mission

To make the neighbors aware of the crimes that are being commited in and around our neighborhood,and to help in our battle against crime.

Crime is a serious thing, but we can have fun fighting it too. Go out and meet your neighbors. Tell them about us, and how they can get involved. Together we can have a safe and fun neighborhood.
