The purpose of the MNA shall be to protect and promote neighborhood interests and the health, safety, and general welfare of residents within the organization's geographic jurisdiction in a non-partisan, educational, and cooperative manner.
A. To enhance the livability of the area by establishing and maintaining an open line of communication and liaison between the neighborhood, government agencies and other neighborhoods.
B. To provide an open process by which all members of the neighborhood may involve themselves in the affairs of the neighborhood.
C. To do and perform all of the activities related to said purposes, to have and enjoy all the powers granted and engage in any lawful activity.

We met on Thursday July 23, 2009 and officially formed our neighborhood association. The elected officers are as follows:
Steve Meriweather - President
Donald Hamilton - Vice President
Eddie Anderson - Treasurer / Acting As Secretary
We will be contacting all residents in the Meadowlark Subdivision in the upcoming weeks to encourage your participation in our community. Our next meeting will be held in October. Please contact us for the exact time and place.
We will be stressing the desire of several residents who want our neighborhood to be one of the best in the Town of Greeneville. We will stress safety, cleanliness, and noise issues along with other related issues.
