Apple Brickle Dip
What You Need:
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 package (7 1/2 ounces) almond brickle chips or 10 ounces English toffee bits
3 medium tart apples, cut into chunks.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugars, and vanilla. Fold in brickle chips or toffee. Serve with apples. Refrigerate leftovers.
Yields 2 cups
