The Meadows turns into a winter paradise when the snow begins to fall. Centrally located, not too far from downtown, it is easy to get across town in any direction. The majority of our homes surround our large common area with two ponds. What a joy to wake up on a snowy morning with birds at the feeder and see this winter wonderland!

Spring Gulch Runs Through It!

The Meadows is located nearly in the center of Longmont, several blocks east of Main Street. There is a 4+ acre common area surrounded by 49 Townhomes with 4 more across the street on Atwood. Spring Gulch runs through the park-like setting and feeds into two ponds. The Meadows Townhouse Homeowners Association was formed when the first homes were built in 1979. It was turned over to the homeowners in 1982. Since then it has been continuously self-managed. There is a strong feeling of community at The
Meadows and a wonderful mix of residents...from toddlers to retired seniors. Many years ago it was decided by the homeowners that the park-like open space would be utilized to encourage wild-life and for the enjoyment of all. The Meadows belongs to Longmont's Neighborhood Group Leaders Association and has been an active participant since 1994.
