The purpose of our Youth Services Program is to strengthen the individual youth by helping them to recognize and develop their talents, skills and potential
We do this by providing a positive and safe alternativeenviornment where youth are empowered to succeed academically, develop and sustain positive life skills, engage in rereational and cultural awareness activities and learn the necessary skills to obtain and retain employment
Recreational Activities

Job Preparation
Skills on how to:

Life Skills
12-hour life skills course that teaches a lifelong process of self-discovery techniques
Topics include:
*conflict resolution *anger management
*problem solving *decision making
*setting and achieving goals
*developing positive communication
*health & Nutrition
Academic Enrichment
Provides basic and advanced:
*computer skills *reading tutoring
*math tutoring *science tutoring
Computer graphics, peer mentoring,and literacy training are based on the academic ability and interest of the youth.
Counseling
Individual and group counseling for youth who have exhibited behavior problems or are experiencing problems that put them at risk of becoming involved with gangs, violence, the juvenile justice system, teen pregnancy, or other adverse activities.
Through positive interaction with caring adults, it is our belief that our youth will develop into positive and productive contributors to society.
We provide programs and services that are tailored to both the educational and recreational needs of our youth.
