Medallion Estates is located in a quiet northeastern location in the county of Delaware. Many homes sit on the golf course, ponds or woods. This allows views of many nature habitants, changing seasons, natural waterways and more. Medallion Estates surrounds a beautiful, private golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus II. Our homes are located two miles north of Westerville just a short trip to I-71 or I-270.
