Advertising Signs

No sign, poster, display or other advertising device of any kind shall be displayed to the public view on or from any Lot or any of the Common Areas and facilities without the approval of the Association of the ARB.

Please note these signs will be removed by the Association. The charge for the removal will be billed back to the owner.

For Sale Signs

“Home Owners are to use a standard size real estate sign, placed in a standard size black frame. Each home for sale is entitled to the use of one sign only and it shall be placed in the front of the residence, parallel to the road. No signs are permitted behind any residence adjacent to the golf course. The standard size black frame 18 x 24 or 20 x30 which may include a six-inch section on the top and/or the bottom for a sign insert(s), which may be used for the name and telephone number of the real estate agent or to indicate the status of the home sale (i.e. in contract, sold, etc.). Real estate companies are permitted to utilize their logos in the body of the sign, if desired. The color of the sign is to be as follows: the background shall match Vorhees Standard Grey; the lettering shall match Emerald Green lettering only; and the upper section of the sign must display the Medallion logo and the wording “For Sale”. All lettering shall be Helvetica style. The Association shall maintain a sample of the sign located at Real Property Management and make such sample available for reference by Owners in Medallion Estates or real estate companies”
