We serve our community by providing updated and critical information supplied by the Memphis Police Department to make our community safer and to reduce crime in our neighborhoods. Information provided by the Precinct Commander and through Neighborhood Watch help us help each other and teaches how to observe and report suspicious activity around us.
Our neighborhood projects include our food baskets and general help to needy senior citizens.
Food Baskets are delivered to adopted seniors in our precinct once a month. Calls to check on them are made several times weekly. At the present time we have adopted 12 seniors in our precinct. Each year we host a Senior Citizen Fair at a community center in South Memphis.
We are presently in the schools providing many services from directing traffic, tutoring, mentoring, directing sports, etc.
Each year we host a Job Fair at a community center in South Memphis for ages 16 through 25 years.
We do area clean ups in addition to other projects throughout the year.
