WHO WE ARE

The Merion Village Association was founded by a group of neighborhood residents in 1985. The MVA meets monthly on the first Wednesday of the month. (except in December when the meeting is replaced with a community potluck) The Merion Village Block Watch meeting begins at 6:30 PM and is then followed by the MVA meeting, beginning promptly at 7:15 PM. Meetings are currently held in the basement of St. Paul UCC located at 225 E Gates St, Columbus, OH 43206. All interested parties, regardless of membership status, are welcome to attend. NOTE: Monthly meetings will return to the MVA Info. Center at 1330 S. Fourth Street in 2018 when cleanup and restoration efforts at the site are complete.

The Merion Village Association is a diverse group of concerned and active residents of the historic neighborhood known as Merion Village. The Association, which meets monthly, seeks to engage residents in activities that can assist in improving the lives of those within the neighborhood and to encourage friendships and goodwill among members and neighbors.
OUR MISSION
The Mission of the Merion Village Association is to create a safe, clean and friendly place to live by implementing ideas, events and strategies that are for the good of all residents, businesses and visitors, while maintaining the historical value of the neighborhood.

WHAT WE DO
The Merion Village Association is a very active civic organization that, in addition to getting together monthly to discuss issues such as crime and safety, gardening and city news, also organizes activities and events year 'round. Check out the events tab at the top of this page to see our annual events.
