Who We Are

Miramont Village is composed of 52 homes built in 1997 thru 1999 in 3 phases starting on the south row. Most residents are seniors and most are retired. To my knowledge there are no young children in MV but there are often grandchildren visiting.

MV Homeowners Association

The HOA is a Planned Community that is govrned by an Executive Board elected by the homeowners. The HOA takes care of the common elements (yards, irrigation, streets, trash removal and snow removal). They also coordinate the external appearance of the homes to maintain harmony within MV. They do not do any maintenance on the individual homes, though they might encourage homeowners to perform some specific maintenance.

Who is Don Willson?

That's me. Liz and I are 2 year residents, having moved here from Richardson, Texas. I write, publish and distribute an unofficial news letter when the spirit moves me. I also maintain as up-to-date address list as possible and a database of emergency information for each resident. I am not on the HOA Executive Board calls about the common elements should be addressed to them.
