The Montebello Block Watch has existed in the past through different leaders and community members. The current Montebello Block Watch has been active since February of 2008. We have an average attendance of 15 to 20 neighbors. Our smallest meeting had 9 people, and our largest meeting had over 60 people. All ages are welcome. It is important to participate in your neighborhood to ensure that everyone's perspective is represented.
We have developed and adopted bylaws and a mission statement. We have received donations from local business organizations and have opened a Montebello Block Watch bank account. We have three out of five board positions filled. The positions are:

Vice-Chair~VJ Moore

Montebello Block Watch would like to welcome you to the neighborhood and include you in our activities. The neighborhood is full of diversity, and we would like to you come and represent your household and share your voice. You can make a difference by sharing your opinion. The more opinions we have, the stronger our organization will be. A strong Block Watch is reflective of a healthy and safe community.
The Montebello Block Watch will help create a safe, peaceful and caring environment within our respective community through communication, outreach and dedication to the improvement of our neighborhood.
