Mission Statement

The objectives and purposes for which the Monument Beach Civic Associates, Inc. is formed are as follows: To enhance the village of Monument Beach and the lives of its residents, and so lessen the burden of gov-ernment; by sponsorship and promotion of public ex-peditions, festivals, entertainment and symposia; by encouraging the conservation and preservation of lands and natural resources and the maintenance of public parks and historical structures, so as to com-bat community deterioration: by granting scholarships
