Morgan Hill is a community built by Colony Homes.
The first resident moved in in 1989. Prices started in the high 50"s! Our sidter neighborhoods are Village at Pine Mountain (across Cobb Parkway) and The Village at Cobblestone in Woodstock.

About our association

Your Morgan Hill Homeowners Association

This is your Homeowners Association. All residents are automatically members when they sign the deed to their homes. Membership means that you agree to abide by all rules of the Covenents, pay your dues on time, and adhere to the Design Standards guidelines. It also means that you have a say in the running of the community, and that your thoughts be heard.

Community Club Management

CCM is the management company we have hired to run our organization. Their duties include billing, both payable and receivable, filing the appropriate tax returns and making sure our charter is up to date and forwarding requests to the appropriate officers for action,including violations of the covenents, among other things. They do not make policy or rules. Their contact information is on the first page.
