Rachel Hannaford is a VISTA volunteer who works with RMMHA and Del Norte NDC. She is running the youth IDA program (Youth Save). This is a 6 month program which offers Mountain Terrace youth money to go to summer camp or attend a summer activity. There are 5 Mountain Terrace youth participating in the program (5th-9th graders). Thanks for your work, Rachel!
