Welcome
Mountain Terrace is one of several RMMHA communities made up of resident members who join the community.
Mountain Terrace includes several committies and councils including a Resident Council, Youth Council, Issues Committee, Property Management Committee, Community Resources Committee and a Computer Lab Committee. All councils and committees are made up of resident members who propose and make policies for the community.
The property exists with a Management Office, a Community/Leadership Development Office as well as a Property Maintainence Department.
Mountain Terrace features two playground areas for small children as well as a couple BBQ areas. There are several Youth Programs here as well for teens and pre-teens.
Mountain Terrace has a Community Room, complete with a kitchen and bathrooms for resident members to reserve private events as well as property events.
