If you notice your neighbor not picking up after their animal/s poop on the property, please call the office so they may be ticketed and fined by the City of Westminster. They will also be entitled to receive a friendly letter from the office warning them that repeated offenders will be removed from the premises. All you really need is a little respect and a pooper scooper.
