Welcome to the Mountain View

As of February, 2004, there are 154 active members. Our community is now fully developed. Each lot (one member per household) is automatically granted membership in the community. Monthly assessments are currently $47.25 per household.

RED MOUNTAIN FREEWAY

Sundt Construction has finished the retro-fit wall along Power Road including the paint.

The decel (right turn lane) for the Freeway will begin soon.

The Sound wall on the south end of our community is well under way. The new freeway is really happening!

Retention Basins are being maintained on a regular basis
