About our association
Mountair Village Townhomes
Mountair Village is a townhome association. It includes 48 units in 9 buildings. The complex is located in unincorporated Jefferson county.
This is an established complex that was incorporated in 1973. The street level buildings were completed in 1973, and lake level was finished the following year. Many units have mountain views and/or lake views. There is much mature landscaping and many large trees.
