26 participants attended the second Neighborhood Leadership Program retreat. The group was very diverse, 48% Hispanic, 30% African-American, 15% Caucasian and 7% Multi-racial. The group discussed racial stereotyping and how race relations play out in neighborhoods around Charlotte.
