About our association
The Northeast Colorado Springs Neighborhood Association was founded in the summer of 1998. Key leaders in the neighborhood recognized a need to have a cohesive voice in the community on development, school, safety, and general City issues. It was with a vision of neighborhood preservation and a "we can do better" attitude that NECSNA was founded. NECSNA also recognized a need for improved covenant enforcement within its borders.
NECSNA was established with the boundaries of Woodmen Rd on the south, Rangewood to the west, and the future Powers to the north/east.
