City and Eric K are out of the lawsuit

The City of Colorado Springs had the lawsuit from Brisben dismissed in September, and Eric Krystowiak was dismissed from the case because he was exercising his 1st Amendment rights.
The Association is still a party to the suit and is seeking legal redress at this time, but we still need the support of our membership.
