North Anthony Area Association - Who We Are

The North Anthony Area Association was created by a group of concerned residents back in the 1970's who wanted to prevent the City of Fort Wayne from widening North Anthony Blvd into a 4 lane thoroughfare.

We are comprised of some 1100 mostly homes and a scattering of businesses on the near NE side of Fort Wayne. Most of the homes in our neighborhood were built between 1915 and even as recently as the 1950's. There are a few older homes in our association that date back to the 1800's.

Our boundary streets are as follows: Crescent Ave from North Anthony Blvd to Curdes Ave. East on Curdes Ave to the alley west of the houses facing North Anthony. South along this alley to Lake Ave. West on Lake Ave to Morton St. South on Morton Street to the dike, then southeast along the dike to the bridge at North Anthony. East along Niagara Dr to the Eastern property line of the homes on the East side of Pemberton. North along this line to Lake Ave. East on Lake to Randallia Dr. North along Randallia to East State Blvd. West on State to Woodward Ave. North along Woodward to Lawndale Dr. Northwest along Lawndale to Buena Vista Dr. North along Buena Vista to Vance Ave. West on Vance to North Anthony & Crescent.

Our association dues are $15.00 per year and are accepted from both homeowners and renters. All are welcome in our neighorhood.
