CT Realty Corporation has entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency for property on the north side of the 2100 and 2200 blocks of Artesia Boulevard. They are proposing to develop a 70,000 square foot light industrial building on the site.
Proficiency Capital Corporation (currently in escrow for the Builder's Emporium site east of Cherry on South Street) has entered into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement with the RDA. They are seeking the agencies help in clearing up old land title issues and are proposing light industrial development for the parcel.
