Naples Community Homeowners Association

The specific primary purpose for which our association is formed are to administer and enforce the conditions, covenants and restrictions, and collect and disburse the assessments and charges, provided for in that Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions and Reservation of Easements for NAPLES COMMUNITY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION.

Homeowners are required to submit plans for any and all exterior improvements for approval to the Architectural Control Committee prior to installation. Our goal is to ensure choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community.

Naples Description

Naples is a gated community consisting of 109 single family residental homes ranging from 1,537 sq. ft. to 2,064 sq. ft.

The Marsala plan measures 1,537 square feet with three bedrooms, a loft, 2 1/2 baths, an island kitchen and upstairs laundry room.

The Bergamo plan can have as many as four bedrooms, an optional bonus room or loft, 2 1/2 baths, a dining room and a living room. It measures 1,551 square feet.

The Trieste plan measures 1,888 square feet with four bedrooms or optional bonus room, 2 1/2 baths, an island kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

The San Severo measures 2,064 square feet with four bedrooms, a loft option, three baths, a dining room, living room, and den or fourth bedroom.

All of the homes include finished two-car garages, ground-mounted air conditioning
