The United Way of Central Ohio and the Neighborhood Partnership Center welcomes you to witness the reality of Getting to the heart of ''what matters'' in neighborhoods. The Center is a vehicle used to build partnerships that make up Central Ohio. The Neighborhood Partnership Center empowers local citizens and community leaders to promote positive change in their neighborhoods through training, technical assistance, grants programs and resource development.
