Hello!
I am just wondering if anything can be done about the garbage floating in the New Providence lake, inlcuding the stroller and chair sticking out of the water. I realize we have had a lot of rain lately and things are floating in, but there is a large amount of garbage along the banks all along the lake. Is there a company we can have come clean up the lake? Perhaps, even a 'neighborhood cleanup day' were we can all participate and clean up the area surrounding the lake? My condo faces the lake and I can personally attest that the stroller and chair stuck in the mud in lake does not add to my 'scenic view.' :)
If it were just a few pop bottles floating I would pick them up myself (which I do), I just feel that there is so much (especially near the tennis courts) that we really need to have it taken care of.
