We participate in the Voluntary Initiative Partnership offered by New Castle County Government. NCCo assists us with billing and other community related services.
NVSC Membership
By signing to accept deed to property in Newtown Village, All homeowners become members of Newtown Village Service Corporation.
Annual Assessment for the current fiscal year (6/1 - 5/31) is $100. $5/month late fee (up to $60.00)will be applied to delinquent accounts.
While our Busy Board meets periodically, we have almost daily communication on issues of importance to our Community. We invite homeowners and residents in our community to attend Quarterly community meetings normally held in the Bear Public Library, Governor Square, Bear DE
