Newtown Village Service Corporation board voted unanimously for appointing a new member to serve as, "second general director", (yours truly) Keith Jackson. I volunteered to put together this newsletter and hopefully many of you will contact me with ideas. With some help, I believe useful information can be printed in this forum at least four times a year, maybe more!
