Niguel Woods
Although it's hard to tell, this wonderful community was built in 1978 and has 125 homes. Back in the day there really were deer running down "Running Deer" street and sparrows flew happily over "Happy Sparrow", and probably still do!
Niguel Woods is a unique tract located in the best location on Laguna Niguel.
