Is anyone else bothered by all the non-residential parking in our neighborhood?
I find trash tossed (empty booze bottles, cigarette packages, etc) on our sidewalks and common areas every day from non-residents that use our streets for their parking pleasure.
Also, I have noticed this is getting worse every few months, and I am starting to get concerned that our neighborhood is becoming a magnet for problems from the other 'near-by neighborhood'.
I also read on the Sheriff's Blotter that their are almost nightly noise complaints from our residents, regarding the other 'near-by neighborhood'.
I fear that things are only going to get worse if nothing is done.
