Northpointe II

Northpointe II was built by Cardon Homes in 1984. There are 152 units - half of them two bedroom two bath units ( 974 square feet), the other half three bedroom two bath units (1180 square feet). The units are townhouse's that are maintained by each individual owner from the outside walls in,under the guideline of the CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations of the HOA. 

Our Neighborhood

Northpointe II belongs to a Common Association which maintains a diving, lap, play and baby pool, two spas, a playground, 4 racquetball courts and two volleyball courts. There are 507 units in the Northpointe Commons. 

Northpointe II is part of the Mesa unified School District. Our neighborhood Elementary School is Sandra Day O'Connor, which has the Arizona State A+ school designation. Our Junior High is Shepard and Our High School is Red Mountain. Our youth participate in Mesa Parks and Recreation sponsored programs held in the neighborhood elementary school. They include kids corner, an after school program and summer activity programs.
