Neighbor to neighbor reminders!

Several complaints have also been called in to the Board line regarding dog droppings. It is the responsibility of each dog owner to pick up after your pet. If you see residents not picking up after their dog please provide the unit number and description of the dog so that letters can be sent to the owner of the unit. Our rules state:
“All animals must be on a leash in your hand and in control at all times when on common areas. Immediate removal of animal droppings is required as they occur. Violations result in an immediate fine of $60.00.


Signs may not be placed on the common grounds. They must be inside your patio wall.


Each Unit at Northpointe II is assigned TWO parking spaces for use of those that LIVE in the unit. One covered and one uncovered space. Use of the guest/ visitor parking is limited to those that are visiting our neighbors for a few hours. Please note that any resident vehicle in a guest space will be towed.
