Lancaster North 2 Ph I & II

If so... create a username an join the group for free.  Lancaster North II Phase I & II deserves a Community Watch Group made up of the residents in the Lancaster North II Phase I & II sub-division. The groups Mission will be to work as neighbors dedicated to the Prevention of Crime and maintain the beauty of our area. We work in conjunction with our local Police Department to report suspicious activities and any criminal activity regardless of the type of crime. Person's known from other neighboring areas seen in our alleys are also reported for investigation. This  group will also report Code violations such as fences in need of repair  and or abandon automobiles with expired tags. The group is a proactive group and works to prevent crime by reporting this information to the proper city authorities. Our group has a zero tolerance for crime. The city has a strict curfew for under age children and noise levels. Children and Teens must adhear the the following schedule:

Curfew Hours For Minors/Sec. 8.801

A minor commits an offense if he/she remains in any public place or on the premises of any establishment with the city during curfew hours.  A parent or guardian commits an offense if he knowingly permits, or by insufficient control allows, the minor to remain in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the city during curfew hours.  The owner, operator, or any employee of an establishment commits an offense if he knowingly allows a minor to remain upon the premises during curfew hours.  Below are the listed curfew hours for minors.

Sunday - Thursday from 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Saturday - Sunday from 12:01 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.

Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. while school is in session.

All offenders will be reported to the local police as well as any persons creating excessive noise and or loud music after these hours. Our goal is to have a Safe, Quiet and Beautiful environment in which to live, work and raise our children.
