Welcome to Northern Manor West online. We are pleased to be able to provide this additional means of information and communication to the owners and residents of our community. The Board of Directors and our managment company welcome your input and thoughts. Please feel free to email us at anytime.

Each March at the Annual Northern Manor West Homeowners Association Meeting an election is held for the members of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is comprised of 9 volunteer resident owners who serve staggered 2 years terms.

The Board of Directors meets at 7:00 PM on the first Tuesday of each month.This meeting is usually held poolside, however during the summer or in times of inclement weather the meetings can be moved to the home of a board member. All residents and owners are welcome to attend any meeting. Check the mailbox stations for exact meeting times and locations each month.

In March of each year the annual homeowners meeting is held. The Board of Directors elections are held at this time along with any votes on special assessments or other issues which are required to be put to a vote of the membership. Notice of the date and time is mailed to all homeowners aproximately 30 days in advance of the meeting. All homeowners are encouraged to attend.
