What Is Northfield?
The larger group is called Northfield Homeowners Community at Fisher's Landing. Our Northfield Condominium Owners Association is a part of the larger group.
There are 96 units in the Northfield Condos, all duplexes in various styles. Construction was just completed during 2000 on the final phase, and Quail Construction turned over administration of the Association to the newly elected Board in October 2000.
Some activities have been held jointly with the Northfield Homeowners group, and we hope to have regular activities within our Condo group as well.
The Northfield Condo News is published monthly by Esther and Jack Schrader. Excerpts will be included in the web page.
