Welcome to the Nortlake HOA
The Northlake HOA was incorporated in September of 2005. There are 4 streets, encompassing approximately 58 homes within the boundaries of the HOA.

The primary mission of the HOA has been the enhancement of the neighborhood through the care and maintenance of the two entrances and two common areas throughout the neighborhood.

Currently 57 Homes are paying members of the association. To those of you who are members of The Northlake HOA we thank you for your continued support.

If you have not yet joined us, please do so now. $400 Annual Dues is invaluable to our efforts in keeping The Northlake HOA a safe and beautiful place to live.
