Northlake HOA

Northlake members,  

      On  Nov 5,  many homes in the Northlake neighborhood were damaged by the hail storm that came through .   Please have your Insurance company take a look at your roof.  We have five homes here on Northstar Drive that have already been looked at by our insurance company and they have told us our roofs need to be replaced.  If we all come together with one roofer we can get a great bundle package and lower the cost.

We had no idea that our roof was a total loss until the insurance company came out. They said it was not just one hail storm but a build up over this past year. We encourage everyone to have their roof checked. 

Also unless you can do it yourself, get lots of bids. Our roofer came in under all the rest and did a great job.
