We Are Here To Serve
Norwood Civic Association, Inc. is a non-profit corporation which was established in 1994 to better represent the interest of the residents of Norwood Manor with developers and local government officials. Our main purpose is to provide a means for improvements in the living conditions and quality of life for those living in our community. We want our residents to have a forum to offer their concerns and special interests.
