I am very disappointed in Northwood neighbors. They have taken to dumping dog feces in my garbage can for the last two weeks. Shame on them. I was nearly overcome by the fumes when I looked inside before I put the can away. How could anyone be so thoughtless. I am a senor citizen and I would never do this. The can is too heavy for me to turn over and empty.
My neighbor has trained his surveillance camera on my property so that we can see who you are. Please stop the filthy habit and be a good Northwood neighbor and use your own trash can.
