Oak Tree Estates is located north of Edmond, Oklahoma in Logan County. There are approx 200 homes built on 1/2 acre lots in the community.
The community is accessed from the intersection of N Kelly and Waterloo Road. Two entrances (Driver Ln and W Mid Iron Way) are located north of the intersection on Kelly Rd and another two main entrances (Niblick Way and N Mid Iron Way) are on Waterloo Road. (Waterloo Court on Waterloo Road is also considered part of Oak Tree Estates)
We do NOT have an active home owner's association.
