Oakmont Downs Homeowners Association

Oakmont Downs off of DeZavala Rd. about 2 miles west of I.H. 10 in Northwest San Antonio. We've been around since 1994. When Centex finishes building in our neighborhood, we'll have 375 homes.
Our Mission:
Promote a sense of community in our neighborhood.
Enforce standards for maintaining properties in our neighborhood.
Participate in Northwest Interstate Coalition of Neighborhoods in the organized planning and development of the areas immediately surrounding Oakmont Downs.
Work with the builder to complete the development and to maintain consisten standards for all remaining construction, street development, and the new subdivision entrance.
Keep all members informed of initiatives, events, and activities undertaken by the Association.
