Water Leaks

The Board has discovered that we have underground spring(s) in the neighborhood. Tired of driving down Stable Pass and splashing water on your car even in the dry heat of August? It turns ou (after two visits from San Antonio Water System personnel and one Centex plumber) that the water comes from an underground spring. The Board is working to determine the most cost effective means of detaining and/or diverting that water so that it dries up before hitting the street.

A second water leak was identified behind houses near the west entrance of the neighborhood. Work to identify its source and correct the problem continues. We'll keep you posted!
