Managers Note

For those of you who have not met me yet, I would like to introduce my self as the Association Manager for the Oakmont Downs Homeowners Association. I began working for your managemant company approximately 14 months ago and was assigned to the Oakmont Downs neighborhood and have been working with your Board of Directors and residents since that time.

As the Association Manager my duties include carryhing out decisions of the Board of Directors, helping the Board and residents handle the day to day matters of the Association, inspecting the property twice a month and responding to homeowners issues. Basically, I would like the residents of Oakmont Downs to feel comfortable in calling me with any questions or concerns that they have dealing with Association matters. I do not pretend to have all the answers but I will do my best to research and find the answers to any of your questions.

One of the first things that I noticed about the Oakmont Downs neighborhood is that the developer, current homeowners and Board have done a great job of building a quaint, upscale neighborhood that all can enjoy. I think the future of this neighborhood will be very bright. The size lends itself to the neighborhood makeup being one of a very close knit community who can join together for the betterment of all. Those of you that I have had the chance to speak with on the phaone and meet in person have been very pleasant and professional and I thank you.
