Oakmont Downs has great pavilion and playground facilities that are available to all residents and can be reserved in advance for private parties. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis and can be made by contacting Sharon Fajkus at 690-8968.

Most of the time, any and all residents can enjoy these facilities, However, during a private party, we ask that everyone respect those individual homeowners' activities and come visit the playground and pavilion at another time. A reservation entitles that neighbor to exclusive use of the facilities. We also ask that any one using the facilities, particularly for a private party, leave the pavilion and playground in the same shape they found it - clean and safe! Remember, our dues pays for upkeep, repair and clean-up if we don't do it ourselves. Relax and enjoy our recreation facilities!
