Gardening Club - Plant Swap

A few neighbors would like to start a gardening club in Oakmont Downs. The first function and member drive is a plant swap to be held at the pavillion on April 14th between 9 and 11 AM. The intention of this group is to bring together people in the neighborhood who have an interest in gardening. This encompasses anything having to do with gardening such as planting in beds for beautifying your yard as well as growing a vegetable garden. The plant swap will give us an opportunity to meet and discuss what has worked well in one another's yards. The admission to this function is one or more potted plants or cuttings from some plant(s) in your yard that have done well. You will have the opportunity to chat with other folks and swap plants with one another. If you have an interest in this, please show up with your plants and share with your neighbors.
